1. Program Description
By opting into the Delicious MV SMS Messaging Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., promotions, order updates, delivery notifications, reminders, and other business-related communications) from Delicious MV at the phone number provided.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Delicious MV.
3. Cancellation & Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 (617) 440-5353 (or the number from which you received the message). After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
